As a chef for 25 years, Dennis has seen it all! Working in restaurants from Ontario to Vancouver and eventually planting roots in Alberta, Dennis with his wife and partner Jennifer, opened the doors to Fork + Farm Catered Events in 2011 with the mission to create a catering company like no other. One that focused on unique, handcrafted, and creativity to create spectacular events!

As a born and raised Calgarian to a strong entrepreneurial family, Jennifer has spent her life honing her skill forging unmatched client service and experiences. Jennifer’s love and care for people first led to her career as a nurse, but it was her business spirit that helped lead to the creation of Fork + Farm Catered Events in 2011 with her husband and partner Dennis.
Jennifer has now found the perfect balance of creating deep connections with clients and creating unforgettable experiences that will last a lifetime

Originally from Cournon France, Michel fell in love with Calgary while travelling after graduating from Chamalières with his degree in cooking. Soon after arriving, Michel earned a position with Teatro Group and quickly realized that this was the city he would call home. Building on his stellar reputation for precision and dedication to his craft at some of YYC’s most notable restaurants, Michel found a second home at Fork + Farm. With freedom to create and skills to impress, Michel is relentless in his pursuit of cooking excellence and event execution.
Travel and Education are a major part of the Fork + Family experience, we travel often to gain knowledge and insight from other highly respected catering companies who are on the cutting edge of the industry.
Some might call Nicole a social media guru, others an event coordinator-extraordinaire but we know her is all that and then some!
After studying Event + Wedding Design in Ontario, Nicole craved mountain adventure and found home in Calgary.
Brimming with enthusiasm, Nicole brings an honest passion for helping others create unforgettable memories and a love for turning the dreamed-of into the day-of. Inspired by her relentless cool hunting, Nicole thrives in organizing stunning on-trend events that leave guests gushing and hosts gleaming.
Weddings are some of the most memorable moments we have the opportunity to witness at Fork + Farm and the reception for John + Michelle is at the top of the list. The newlyweds sang a family special song for the bride’s late father who had passed and all those in attendance joined in to sing along in memory. It was such an honor to witness such a lifetime event.

Justin may be local to Calgary, but his experience has brought him around the world.
After attending the internationally recognized cooking program at SAIT and receiving his Red Seal Certificate, Justin received a stage and eventually a CDP position at Australia’s Vue de Monde, and Estelle, ranked with the top 100 restaurants in the world. Gaining the knowledge and work ethic from culinary greats, Justin returned home to his roots to share his love of simple ingredients perfectly executed. After gaining knowledge and respect from the kitchens of Catch and Anew as Sous Chef, Justin joined the Fork + Farm family where he inspires the team with wild creativity everyday.
